Clear Communication, Face-to-Face© and Communicating for Success©

Our programs are always tailored to the client’s specific circumstances.

These two proprietary programs offer interpersonal communication training that enable participants to improve their ability to work collaboratively. In fact, removing barriers to effective communication lies at the heart of collaborative success.

Sharing differences is the basis for generating innovation and creating results. Our highly interactive programs draw upon many action learning techniques to convey the nuances of how to discuss ideas and opinions in the workplace successfully. Research repeatedly has shown that organizations – companies, boards, teams, etc. – who create ways to make the most of their diversity have a number of key factors in common.*

For example: they have established shared goals; talk about facts, not opinions; generate many options, not just a few, and strive to include all stakeholders in the deliberations. Another common factor is humour. Teams that can lighten up and let off steam among all the members also are able to disagree – respectfully. People working in groups can get richer, fuller results by engaging in some reasonable disagreement – if they know how to communicate well.

We establish the groundwork for mutual understanding through non-violent (compassionate) communication concepts and techniques that we have adapted for these programs. People can then eliminate their own barriers to effective communication.
